A minimum booking amount of ₹1,000 may be required to initiate or confirm a tour booking process.
Payment of the booking amount does not automatically mean every tour or service item is fully confirmed until Starbrand Tours and Travels confirms availability, pricing, and booking details.
Customer Cancellation
If you wish to cancel, please contact Starbrand Tours and Travels as early as possible through official phone or email support.
Refund eligibility may depend on:
- Date and timing of cancellation
- Hotel cancellation rules
- Transport and cab cancellation rules
- Tour operator or vendor policies
- Tickets, permits, or passes already purchased
- Non-refundable service components

Company Cancellation
If Starbrand Tours and Travels needs to cancel a booking due to circumstances within its reasonable operational control, we will communicate available alternatives or applicable refund handling based on confirmed service components.
Unforeseen Circumstances
Travel plans may be affected by events beyond reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Severe weather conditions
- Government restrictions or advisories
- Strikes and civil disruptions
- Road closures
- Transportation interruptions
- Other force majeure events
In such cases, refund and rescheduling outcomes depend on the terms of involved service providers and practical feasibility at that time.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the appropriate payment or refund channel. The final credit timeline may vary based on payment gateway, banking systems, and service-provider processing cycles.
Where payments are processed via a third-party payment provider such as Razorpay, refund handling may also depend on provider platform and bank processing rules.
